Download AOC (Award of Contract) showing contractor name, contact, contract period

If lights are LED: Likely under EESL Street Lighting National Programme (SLNP)

EESL Dashboard: eeslindia.org → District complaint status

SLA: 48-hour resolution mandatory

Actions

Call contractor (number from AOC) to report fault
