Register: Create citizen account with mobile
Navigate to "View GD" or "Service Request Status"
Enter: District, Police Station, Year, GD Number (from receipt/SMS)
Download: Digitally signed PDF of General Diary entry
Possible causes:
Action: RTI immediately
"Certified copy of General Diary Entry No. [X] dated [Y] at [Police Station]"
If no such entry exists, file complaint against officer for fraud.
